RenoAlchemy Agreement
1 - SCOPE OF WORK
Reno Alchemy will aim to deliver a flagship program designed to generate projects on demand for the client as fast or as slow as they’d like to go.
b) RenoAlchemy will utilize battle-tested strategies to acquire contracting work for tree removal businesses.
c) The inquiries will be reached out through various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, SMS, Email.
d) Should the response be positive, RenoAlchemy will send a notification to the client of the inquiry with the name, phone number, and job type.
e) RenoAlchemy will also provide speedy customer support through SMS, and keep the client updated with changes, progressions, or regressions.
2 - CLIENT EXPECTATIONS
a) A 'lead' or 'inquiry' is defined as a prospect interested in a project, pre qualified, and sent to the client.
b) Onboarding Form + Call MUST be completed within 7 days after payment has been completed.
c) Client must be willing to take accountability for sales performance.
d) Client must be able to handle at least 20 leads per month.
3 - TERMINATION
a) In the event the Client or RenoAlchemy wishes to cancel the agreement, either party must notify each other within a 7 days notice.
b) Once notified, unless agreed to otherwise, the deliverables will continue up until the next billing period, and then will be canceled.
4 - BILLING
RenoAlchemy's payment process operates as follows:
a) The pricing of 'RenoAlchemy’ is priced at $85 per inquiry, with a one time onboarding investment of $250.
b) The card on file is charged by the end of the week depending on how many leads the client has signed up for, or on a daily basis.
c) If the client wishes to increase their monthly lead count, billing will occur on a pre-paid basis.
d) If a late payment is made, RenoAlchemy's process is as follows:
Late payments will be notified to the client as soon as possible and cause an immediate pause in deliverables.
The onboarding investment is utilized immediately upon payment to cover costs associated with team allocation, software, and other resources necessary for project initiation. Therefore, this investment is non-refundable due to the nature of the payment, unless we fail to hit 20 leads in under 30 days, in which we will refund the entire payment.
5 - CONFIDENTIALITY
RenoAlchemy will aim to maintain absolute confidentiality with respect to any confidential information received from the Client. The Agency shall not disclose any such information without obtaining Client's specific prior consent.
X.1 Immediate Notice
The Client shall notify the Agency in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving any complaint, demand letter, legal notice, regulatory inquiry, or third-party communication relating to the Services.
X.2 Coordinated Response
Provided the Client complies with Section X.1, the Agency shall have the primary right to coordinate and manage the response strategy to such matters, including determining whether legal counsel is engaged and what information, if any, is disclosed. The Client agrees to reasonably cooperate with the Agency’s response strategy.
X.3 Restriction on Voluntary Disclosure
The Client shall not voluntarily disclose, confirm, or provide the Agency’s identity, business details, methods, or involvement to any third party without the Agency’s prior written consent. The Client may respond to third-party inquiries solely by directing the inquiry to the Agency or its designated legal representative, without providing substantive comment.
X.4 Conditional Liability and Support
The Agency’s obligation to assist, defend, indemnify, or otherwise support the Client in connection with any such matter is strictly conditioned upon the Client’s full compliance with this clause. Any unauthorized voluntary disclosure by the Client shall result in the immediate termination of the Agency’s obligations with respect to that matter.
X.5 Legally Compelled Disclosure
Nothing in this clause prohibits disclosure required by applicable law, court order, or valid subpoena, provided that the Client gives the Agency prompt written notice and a reasonable opportunity to seek protective measures prior to such disclosure, where permitted by law.
